I have been shopping at Powell's since my early 20's. I'm now 66 yrs old. In a word - consistency. In customer service, prices, value for your dollar, knowledgeable, personable. They are the complete package, the REAL DEAL. I appreciate the people. For those who believe that customer service is dead, go to Powell's. You'll be pleasantly surprised, your faith restored. I gave them 5-out-of-5 stars only because that's the only option given. Honestly, I'd give them 10-out-of-10.
